Theo Walcott enjoys a pool party with bikini-clad girls on his Las Vegas stag 'do

It's the holy grail of stag party destinations, so it's no surprise Theo Walcott headed to Las Vegas before he walked down the aisle with childhood sweetheart Melanie Slade.
And as he and his friends enjoyed the Nevada sun from the comfort of their luxury hotel's private pool, a bevvy of bikini-clad girls surrounded them in the water.
But if those beauties were expecting a wild night out with the Arsenal striker, then they would have been sadly disappointed, because Theo let his mates get up to mischief while he stayed in.

Before his exciting night in, the wannabe striker did enjoy a few beers with the guys, including his Arsenal team-mate Kieran Gibbs and Kieran’s twin Jaydon, preferring their conversation than those of the girls standing by.

And during their time in the water, it seemed Theo hadn't heard the one about eating before swimming, for he tucked into a mini hamburger and fries in the shallow end of the pool.

The group enjoyed a mix of Coronas, cocktails and shots throughout the day but because of their youthful appearances, buying alcoholic drinks wasn't all plain sailing.

A barman forced them them to fetch their ID because he didn't believe the British lads were over the 21-year old age limit.

But according to a close source, Theo wasn't having a big night out, and left his mates to go partying without him.

A friend told the Sun: “Kieran and his brother are up for a big party but Theo has kept out of trouble so far.”

Theo, arrived in Vegas on Tuesday wearing a stag T-shirt, but has yet to squander his premiership paycheck on big bets or poker, sticking to a small go on the roulette, and a few hands at low-risk tables where the minimum bet is $10.

Soon, Theo will be saying 'I do' with long-term girlfriend Melanie who got together after meeting in 2004 at the WestQuay shopping centre in Southampton, where the footballer began his career.

But as a husband and wife, they may be moving to Italy, if former Liverpool and Chelsea boss Rafa Benitez gets his way and lures Theo to Napoli for next season.
